SubGhost Pro is a one-time payment of $1.99 — there are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees. But if for any reason you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

Include the email address you used at checkout and your order confirmation number (from your LemonSqueezy receipt)

We'll process your refund within 2 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair — if something went wrong on our end (e.g., a bug that prevented Pro features from working), we'll do our best to make it right regardless of timing.

Payment Processor

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for SubGhost. Your payment details are handled directly by LemonSqueezy — we never see your card number or full payment information.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through LemonSqueezy.
