By installing or using SubGhost ("the Extension", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
These Terms apply to all users of SubGhost, including free and paid ("Pro") users.
SubGhost is a Chrome browser extension that:
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that trial detection will catch every signup or that cancellation links will remain accurate as third-party services change their interfaces.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SubGhost. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.
SubGhost uses Google Sign-In or email/password authentication via Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access.
You may use SubGhost without signing in, but cloud sync and Pro features require an account.
SubGhost Pro is a one-time payment of $1.99 USD that unlocks unlimited trial tracking and browser notifications. This is a lifetime license — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
Your Pro license is tied to your SubGhost account (Firebase UID). It is non-transferable and for personal use only.
After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, please include your order confirmation email in your refund request.

SubGhost, its name, logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the SubGhost developer. The extension source code is proprietary unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use SubGhost's trademarks or branding.
Your use of SubGhost is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SubGhost, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
SubGhost integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and LemonSqueezy. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
SubGhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
SubGhost is a tool to help you track trials — it does not guarantee you won't be charged. Always verify your subscription status directly with the service provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubGhost and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, unexpected subscription charges, or data loss, arising from your use of the extension.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for SubGhost Pro (i.e., $1.99 USD).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubGhost and its developer from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of SubGhost after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SubGhost at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using SubGhost at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Upon termination, you may request deletion of your account data by emailing support@subghost.app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@subghost.app before pursuing any legal remedy.
